An entry must be filled out in its entirety to be eligible; a verification phone call, email and SMS message will be made to validate all entries. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate and own an eligible home in an area frequently serviced by New Floors USA. Drawing selection for the sweepstakes will be held at New Floors USA offices during the giveaway; scheduled to take place in 2022. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received up until 10:15 am PT on December 25, 2022. The odds of winning a prize are determined by the number of entries received. New Floors USA may award 1 Grand Prize winner.

GRAND PRIZE Description: New flooring with a retail value of up to $8,500; no cash value will be issued. Home makeover is comprised of flooring only and approved products. Winners will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except by New Floors USA.

By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless New Floors USA, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailer, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages that may arise out of participation in the sweepstakes in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize.
