Thank you for visiting our Service Page. Here at New Floors USA we are dedicated to customer service and providing you with a streamlined process for service requests. We stand behind our products, and services, and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have a material deficiency, and or a problem with your installation that has caused a defect, please fill out the required service form so that we may address any repair, or replacement that may be needed.

New Floors USA and its representatives reserve the right to personally inspect all areas reported regarding your Seattle flooring project in conjunction with your Warranty. Please note that all service calls will carry a mandatory $275.00 trip charge to be paid at the time of the service call. Once you fill out the required service form, someone will be in contact with you shortly to schedule the requested service call. Please refer to the warranty for full warranty terms.
