New Floors USA will beat any competitor’s written-in-home flooring estimate by 10% for in-stock products or it’s free, on all New Floors USA verified comparable flooring products and standards. The competitor’s estimate must be written, signed, and dated no more than 30 days prior to the date the customer signs the contract with New Floors USA. Qualifying New Floors USA customers must have put down the required 50% deposit and must be a non – commercial, single owner-occupied residence only. All comparable estimates must be presented at the time of the initial appointment with New Floors USA as a first-call incentive and will not be honored at a later date.

This estimate must be verbally verifiable by New Floors USA within 72 hours of receipt or the Competitor’s estimate will not be valid.

Competitor’s written comparable estimate must be for Stock flooring only and be for the same or equal product to that of New Floors USA’s products and services in terms of, weight, texture, thickness, color, brand, durability, hardwood, luxury vinyl, identical padding, identical merchandise, laminate floors. Must be current on their License, Bond and Insurance and report having actively employ workers.

All competitor’s estimates must be the result of an in-home visit and must specifically list all areas of the home to be covered including the room dimensions, this must include all charges for subfloor preparation and any additional work to be performed. Written inspection of all subfloors must be included. All competitor’s estimates must include a Lifetime Labor Warranty also known in some cases as a Lifetime Installation Warranty. A legible print and signature of the sales rep’s name and a contact phone number. The company name, address, phone number, license, bond, and insurance are clearly printed on the in-home estimate.

Does not apply to discontinued, discounted, closeouts, or typographical errors and can not be combined with any other offers. Can only be used for first time customers only and is non-transferable.

Must be a Verifiable written estimate from a licensed installer regularly doing business in your area to qualify. New Floors USA LLC reserves the right to reject any written estimate which does not believe to be verifiable or a Bonafide written estimate at its sole discretion.
